Join us Friday mornings from 8:30-10 am for Yoga at Mark and Leah’s Farm for a fun all-levels Body-Mind-Spirit Yoga class aligning body and breath.

Also one Wednesday night a month, Guided Meditations for Whole Life Health take place at Mark & Leah’s Farm from 5:30 – 6:45 pm.
