1 tablespoon dry dandelion root (usually in medicinal herb section of heath food stores)

11 tablespoons ghee

5 sticks kombu

5 teaspoons cumin seeds

2 teaspoon coriander seeds

6 bay leaves

7.5 teaspoon sea salt

1.5 teaspoons hing (also called asafoetida)

1 teaspoon oregano (dry)

1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon black mustard seeds

2 tablespoons coriander powder

1/3 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

1/8 teaspoon saffron threads

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon dry sage

1/2 teaspoon ajwan

1 cup split mung dal

3.25 cups brown basmati rice

3+ cups Flax seeds

1/2 cup dry adzuki beans

1/2 cup dry garbanzo beans

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

4 teaspoons fresh turmeric (or powder if fresh is not available)

2 tablespoons fresh ginger

1 celery root (medium)

2 carrots

1 bunch collard greens

2 bunches parsley

6 curry leaves

20” burdock root

1 small to medium kabocha squash (acorn squash or pumpkin will do too)

1 bunch kale

2 small or 1 large sweet potato

1 bunch cilantro

1 cup dry pearl barley

2 medium parsnips

1 pound fresh broccoli

1 bunch fresh dandelion greens

1 pound fresh asparagus

1 bunch Swiss chard

1 bottle aloe juice (in vitamin/herb section of health food stores)

1 bag fresh wheatgrass (if you have a juicer that will juice wheatgrass, otherwise you can buy shots the days needed at a health food store or skip it)

coconut water (as many as one per day)
